    The four county reports, accessible from this page, include a wide range of health-related data for seven main areas: Our Communities (population), Healthy Lifestyles, Chronic Diseases, Injuries, Infectious Diseases, Maternal & Child Health, and Preventive Services & Primary Care. Published in 2000, the reports profile the counties at the community level on more than 100 different health indicators.

    HPCA provides pertinent and important data that affect the health care industry. This page provides a list of current reports, plans, and data on primary health care issues. All are available for downloading. The reports only contain background information. They do NOT have community health statistic specifics.

    This page gives an overview of programs provided by the Native Hawaiian Health Systems on Oahu and a summary of communities that they and their clinics serve.

    • Publications The list of publications includes Community Profiles that provides printer friendly reports on 43 communities in Hawaii.
